Roll on after workouts or other strenuous activities to sooth and refresh overused muscles / joints, or at bedtime to help you relax OR Apply whenever you have muscle aches / sores.

I purchased my 2nd bottle from their online store during MCO lockdown. From years of magnesium oil usage experience, I would say this is very different. This product somehow absorb way better than all other brands that I have tried.
